These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the bk365 platform, including all betting, casino, and financial services available through bk365.lat. Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion periods at any time through Account Settings. bk365 will not override a self-exclusion request. Players experiencing gambling-related harm are encouraged to use these tools immediately.

bk365 serves English-speaking Pakistani players as its primary intended audience. bk365 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, USDT via TRC20 network, and SadaPay. All deposits are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is required.
JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your bk365 wallet in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are credited upon clearing, which typically occurs within one to three business hours. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited following the required network confirmations, typically between ten and thirty minutes.

PKR Native Currency: There is no hidden conversion fee applied to PKR deposits or withdrawals on bk365. The balance displayed in your account wallet is your actual PKR balance. No exchange rate spread or handling charge is applied to standard local payment method transactions.

KYC verification involves submission of a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or equivalent government-issued identity document, proof of payment method ownership, and, where requested, proof of address. bk365 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage.
JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals from fully verified accounts are processed within thirty minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank typically clear within one to three business hours. Withdrawal processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the payment method used for the corresponding deposit. bk365 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, alternative phone numbers not registered to the account, or payment accounts in a different name to the verified bk365 account holder.
Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. Once the wagering requirement is met, the resulting real-money balance becomes withdrawable subject to standard withdrawal conditions. Withdrawing deposited funds before a wagering requirement is completed may result in the forfeiture of any associated bonus balance.

The specific terms of each promotion — including bonus amount, eligible games, wagering requirement, minimum odds restrictions, and expiry period — are published alongside each offer at the time it is displayed in your account.

Wagering Transparency: bk365 displays your real-time wagering progress on each active bonus from the Promotions tab of your account. You can track how much of the requirement remains at any point without contacting support.
A bet is confirmed and legally binding on both parties at the point bk365 issues a bet reference number and the stake is deducted from your wallet. You may not cancel or amend a bet after it has been confirmed. In-play bets are accepted or rejected in real time based on current market status; network latency does not constitute grounds for bet cancellation.
bk365 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a system error, data feed failure, or human input error. "Manifest error" is defined as a price so far removed from the true market price that no reasonable operator would have published it intentionally. bk365 will communicate voided bets to affected Players as promptly as practicable.
If a sporting event is cancelled before it commences, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's wallet. If an event is postponed and commences within 24 hours of the original scheduled start time, bets will stand. Events that commence more than 24 hours after the scheduled start time will be treated as cancelled for betting purposes unless bk365 announces otherwise in advance.
The rules for each casino game — including RTP (return to player) percentage, game mechanics, and minimum/maximum bets — are available within each game's information panel. In the event of a disconnection during a casino game round, bk365's system records are used to determine the outcome of the interrupted round. bk365's total aggregate liability to any Player arising under or in connection with these Terms — regardless of the cause of action — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their bk365 account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgement: You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose all funds deposited into your bk365 account. bk365 does not guarantee any particular outcome on any bet or game. You accept this risk as a condition of using the platform.

By using the bk365 platform, you agree that any unresolved dispute shall be subject to the dispute resolution procedures of the jurisdiction under which bk365 holds its international gaming license, as applicable at the time of the dispute.

Where changes are material, bk365 will provide reasonable advance notice by email to the address registered on your account and by prominent notice on the Platform.
